US carrier, United Airlines, is increasing the number of weekly operations on its new route between New York (Newark) and Dubrovnik!
Less than a month after the announcement of introduction of a regular route between New York (Newark Airport) and Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik Airport confirmed that United Airlines will add another weekly flight on this brand new route scheduled to operate from the beginning of July! The airline first announced three weekly service between New York and Dubrovnik (with departure from New York on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays), but now flights with departure from NYC on Fridays have been confirmed.
By this, United Airlines will have the same number of weekly flights on this route like Delta Air Lines (which will operate to Dubrovnik from New York JFK). Instead of 7, Dubrovnik will have 8 direct flight per week to New York City!
The company is extremely pleased with the demand on this new route to Dubrovnik and it is almost certain that the aircraft will be sold out this summer season.
From Dubrovnik to New York direct flights are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, while there will be double daily flights on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays!
B767-300ER aircraft with a capacity of 214 passengers have been scheduled on all United Airlines flights. With new operations on Friday, United will offer additional 5,564 seats to Dubrovnik Airport.
