Two aircraft of british TUI airlines landed to Dubrovnik Airport today, on their route from India to London.
British TUI is flying regularly between United Kingdom and Dubrovnik during the summer season, but flight didn't start yet this year due to COVID-19 pandemic situation.
However, we saw today that B787-9 Dreamliner aircraft landed to Dubrovnik from Goa at 11:20 in the morning, while another one landed from Mumbai at 13:20 afternoon.
Croatian Aviation received confirmation from Dubrovnik Airport that TUI aircraft arrived to Dubrovnik without passengers, on ferry flight back from India to London. Due to cockpit/cabin crew working hours limit, aircraft made a technical stop in Dubrovnik where crew will stay for one night, so aircrafts will depart to London tomorrow, Tuesday, June 16th.
During the next month we are expecting Dreamliners back in Dubrovnik from the UK, but this time with passengers onboard.
Aircraft with reg. mark G-TUIL which landed to Dubrovnik from Goa has capacity of 345 passengers and its 2 years old, while another one, with reg. mark G-TUIN is only 6 months old aircraft!
