Today, Windrose Airlines operated its first inaugural flight on the Kyiv - Zagreb - Kyiv route, connecting the capitals of Ukraine and Croatia with a direct flight for the first time.
Today, October 4th, a Windrose Airlines plane landed at Zagreb Airport for the first time on a direct route from Kyiv, with an ATR72 aircraft, registration number UR-RWB, with a capacity of 72 passengers. 54 passengers arrived from Kyiv to Zagreb on the first flight (Load Factor of 75%), while 64 passengers (Load Factor of 89%) traveled from Zagreb to Kyiv.
Upon landing, the aircraft was greeted with a traditional water salute.
This is the only new route for Zagreb Airport this year. Windrose Airlines planned to launch the route at the beginning of the summer flight schedule, but due to the global pandemic, scheduled flights have been postponed to October.

Windrose Airlines will operate on the Kyiv - Zagreb - Kyiv route twice a week (Wednesdays and Sundays) until the beginning of the summer flight schedule in 2021 (end of March).

The Embraer RJ145 aircraft with a capacity of 48 passengers will operate on the route, while the inaugural flight was operated by larger ATR72 aircraft.
