First British Airways flight on the London Heathrow - Pula route
British Airways A320 aircraft landed to Pula Airport from London Heathrow Airport for the first time in this summer season.

10-years old A320 aircraft (registration mark G-EUYI) with the capacity of 180 seats landed to Pula Airport with 1 hour delay. Departure from London Heathrow was delayed for more than an hour.
On the first flight from London to Pula there were 146 passengers which give us 81% of load factor on the arrival flight. On return flight, from Pula to London, there were just 29 passengers which is not strange at all since this was the very first BA flight to Pula Airport in this summer season. British Airways will continue to operate 2 weekly flights between Pula and London Heathrow, every Tuesday and Saturday during the August.
Besides British Airways, it is possible to fly directly to London from Pula with two more airlines; with EasyJet (to Luton, Gatwick and Southend) and Ryanair (to Stansted) which means that Pula is connected directly with five airports in London area.
