The British low-cost airline has announced the introduction of a new route to Pula Airport for the summer season 2021.
EasyJet announced that in the summer of 2021 it currently plans to launch one new route to Croatia. If the situation with the global pandemic calms down by next summer, it is to be expected that this well-known British company will be present at Croatian airports (Pula, Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik) with far more weekly operations and routes than this summer.
Despite the current situation, EasyJet has confirmed the introduction of a new route to Croatia. The Glasgow - Pula route will be introduced on June 28th. Originally, this route was supposed to operate in the summer of 2020 but due to the pandemic situation this did not happen.
EasyJet announces two flights a week, every Monday and Friday, from 28.06. until 03.09.2021.
A319 aircraft has been scheduled on the route. Those aircraft have a capacity of 156 seats in the fleet of this carrier. EasyJet currently has more than 130 A319 aircraft in its fleet.
The well-known British carrier is planning 10 routes to Pula Airport in the summer of 2021.
With this new announced Glasgow - Pula route, where EasyJet will face no competition, this carrier is already selling tickets on direct route from London (Luton and Gatwick), Liverpool, Bristol, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Geneva and Basel to Pula Airport for next summer season.
Flights from London (Luton) and Bristol should start operating towards Pula at the end of April, specifically from April 27th. Operational changes are possible, will depend on the epidemiological situation and the demand itself. Croatian Aviation will continue to monitor EasyJet's flight schedule to Croatia and report any changes in a timely manner.
