During August, 100 000 passengers traveled through 5 airports in Croatia

After publishing the monthly statistics of Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik Airport, here are the exact numbers for other 5 airports in Croatia: Pula, Rijeka, Zadar, Brac and Osijek.

A significant drop of passenger figures was recorded during the August in all airports in Croatia, those 5 mentioned are not exception.


Pula Airport had 42,236 passengers in August, which is 76% less than in the same month last year (175,233). From January 1st until August 31st there were 65,857 passengers at Pula Airport (602,093 last year).

Rijeka Airport had 9,800 passengers in August, which is 79% less than in August last year (46,661). From January 1st until August 31st, 20,445 passengers passed through Rijeka Airport (150,582 last year).


Zadar Airport had 51,148 passengers last month, which is 66% less than in August last year (153,675). From January 1st until August 31st, 99,423 passengers passed through this airport (last year 594,779).


Brac Airport had 1919 passengers last month, which is 73% less than in August last year (7188). From January 1st until August 31st, 3686 passengers passed through Brac Airport (last year 20 589).

Osijek Airport last month had 2417 passengers, which is 60% less than in August last year (6137). From January 1st until August 31st, 4,800 passengers passed through Osijek Airport (last year 37,580).


During the August, 107,521 passengers passed through 5 Croatian airports, which is 72% less than in the same month last year (388,894). Together with numbers from Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik, all airports in Croatia welcomed 594,754 passengers, which is 70% less in comparison with last August (almost 2 million passengers - 1,961,797).
