Despite the new travel restrictions, Austrian Airlines will continue to operate flights to Croatia
Austrian national airline confirmed for Croatian Aviation that will continue to operate regular flights to four Croatian airports, despite new travel restrictions which are valid from August 17th for travellers between Austria and Croatia.
Austrian Airlines will continue to operate regular flights from Vienna to Zagreb, Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik, here is schedule for September this year.
The Zagreb - Vienna route will operate 6 times per week, daily except Saturday, in afternoon hours.
The Zadar - Vienna route will operate until September 12th, as it was planned before new travel restrictions, four times per week, every Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The Split - Vienna route will operate from 1st until 13th of September daily except Wednesdays, from September 15th until 20th will operate 5 times per week (daily except Monday and Wednesday), and from September 22nd there will be 3 weekly flights, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The Dubrovnik - Vienna route will continue to operate 6 times per week in September, daily except Tuesdays.
Since the large number of destinations served from Vienna Airport which is Austrian Airlines hub, the airline is generating nice percentage of transfer passengers to Croatia and those passengers are not obligated to have COVID-19 negative test to travel between Austria and Croatia.
