Brussels Airlines to resume Dubrovnik and Split service, no flights to Zadar and Zagreb

Belgian national airline, a member of Lufthansa group, will have two routes from Brussels to Croatia in this summer season.

Brussels Airlines planned to resume four routes to Croatia in this summer season, just a month ago there were available tickets for booking on direct flights to Zagreb and Zadar Airport. However, after checking demand, Brussels Airlines discontinued sales on routes from Brussels to Zagreb and Zadar for this year, keeping in plan just Dubrovnik and Split service.


The airline, however, still offers direct flights between Zagreb and Brussels through code-share agreement with Croatia Airlines, which operates regular flights between two cities. Also, it is possible to travel to Zadar with one stop at Zagreb Airport. Croatia Airlines will operate regular flights from Zagreb to Brussels in this summer season and Brussels Airlines will continue to offer direct routes to the capital of Croatia on CTN flights which is operating carrier in this case.

Meanwhile, the airline is preparing resumption on two routes to Croatia, to Split and Dubrovnik Airport.


The Brussels - Split - Brussels route will operate from Saturday, June 5th. One flight per week is scheduled for entire summer season.


The Brussels - Dubrovnik -Brussels route will resume few day before Split service. First flight is scheduled for Tuesday, June 1st. Shortly after resumption, the airline will increase number of weekly operations by adding second weekly flight, on Saturdays. For now, two flights per week are scheduled on this route for whole summer season.
