Atlas Air's Boeing 747-400F landed today (Sunday 16th) at Rijeka Airport after 7 hours and 25 minutes long flight from New York (John F. Kennedy International Airport).
23 years old aircraft (reg. mark N471MC) flew over 4244 nautical miles (6830 kilometers) for just 7 hours and 25 minutes without stop between two cities. As reminder, the same airline landed to Rijeka on July 30th, from Miami International Airport with the same aircraft type.
It looks like the cargo traffic is slowly recovering in Rijeka again, which means that the statistics for this year would be much better than in the previous one, if the arrivals of this type of aircraft continue in the next weeks and months.
